Our web app, while it functions exactly like a normal iOS or Android application by having an app icon and launching fullscreen, is not found in the app store. To add it, just simply choose “Add to Home Screen”.

Yes, if you allow it. Personory has an array of options that allows you to turn on/off various permissions, including what users see and what they are able to change.

Yes. You may upload custom PDF pages to be created in your master directory.

Yes to all.

Yes. You can have people opt-in to providing their own information in the directory, this is in part why our add-contact form is so easy to use. Makes entering data easy and fun.

We allow you to import and export your data, in csv (comma delimited format).

Personory has taken great steps to ensure that your data is secure. We run our code against vulnerability tests and we transfer all data over a secure connection. No matter how secure we are from our perspective, however, we can’t stop people who you have given permission to view a directory, from taking what is displayed in the directory and distributing it elsewhere. This is the fault of any directory, regardless of whether it is online or in paper form. The same people that have access to the online directory, would have access to a print directory. In both, information can be copied. As such, we believe that you should ask people what information they want to include in the directory and/or give them the option to change/remove any data they do not wish to make public to those with access, or those with access to disseminate to others. Think of it like a phone book: your name, address and phone number show up in it, unless you request otherwise.

No. If someone only wants to provide access to their mobile number, you can allow that. It is really up to you on what policies you put in place and what information you provide.

Yes, Personory supports two addresses (mail and street) for all contacts. For example, those who live in rural areas, may have a PO BOX for mail, and another as their street address.

The vast majority of our customers are non-profit organizations and as such, we already offer discounted pricing to everyone. Our goal is to make Personory affordable.

Great! Well, we don’t like the fact that you may run into some bugs, but we like to fix them. Contact support with as much information on how we can replicate it, so we can resolve the issue right away.
Not all features of Personory are found on this web site, so please, take a moment and ask if we support or offer a given functionality you need. If we don’t, we will discuss it with you and see about adding it into Personory.
Yes, you can add custom fields to contact cards, both that are available only to the admin, or information available to all that have access to your directory.

We provide output for the print directory in multiple formats including booklet format. This PDF allows print shops like OfficeMax and FedEx Office to easily create a staple bound booklet at a minimal cost. While we don’t do the printing, we would be happy to assist you getting it printed.

A shared/group password is where you share a single password and everyone with that password has access to your directory. You can change the password periodically, you just have to inform your Directory base that you changed the password. However, anyone with an email in the directory, can request the password to be sent to them. Our demo applications for both school and church use this feature to make it easy for everyone to test out the software. We do provide individual access and accounts for the directory. The information those accounts can access and what they can modify (if any) are defined by you.

Like all features of Personory, you can disable/enable given features. So you may wish to leave the map enabled for the admin user, but disable the map for everyone else.
